Riverbank Café

Thank you for enquiring about us. Here is some information on our Café and Bistro. As well as Emo Tea Rooms, Catoca Fine Food & Giftware are also situated in the beautiful Riverbank Arts Centre in Newbridge, County Kildare.
We can seat up to 60 people inside at any one time within a lovely open plan glass front balcony area and a further 20 people outside on our balcony. Our Café is open 6 Days a week and our Bistro opens every night there is an event or show on in the River Bank Arts Centre, or by private bookings. We open the Bistro one and a half hours before a show for pre-show supper or Drinks with our tapas menu and during the interval for refreshments with our full bar licenses.
As a company we pride ourselves on being ethical in our produce. For example, our tea and coffee are Fair Trade and we support Coffee Kids. Also the produce we use is 100% Irish and where possible, sourced locally and is organic. We fully recycle our entire waste (cardboard/paper, glass, plastic, and waste produce goes to a food waste disposal system. For our takeaway containers we use biodegradable where ever possible.
We are passionate about our food and use only the finest ingredients organic flour, eggs, fruit and vegetables. When making our Cupcakes we use only the highest quality produces such as real butter, pure oils, Belgian chocolate, real organic fruit, Madagascar Vanilla, and Irish cream cheese. Hand made in small batches and designed like works of Art to suit all occasions. Made by us for you to enjoy a little piece of heaven.
We can provide you with a varied choice in menus and also can cater for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian guests. My staff and I are here to help you in any way we can to make your visit to us a treasured moment.
