Mount Congreve House and Gardens situated in Kilmeaden, Co. Waterford, in Ireland’s Ancient East is home to one of “The Great Gardens of the World”. Mount Congreve House, home to six generations of Congreves, was built in 1760 by the celebrated local architect John Roberts.
Our Cafe is located in the Stables Café, which is a delightful setting for breakfast, lunch or a light bite. Sit back & relax in the warm country-style surroundings where you can enjoy our extensive menu featuring an abundance of fresh local produce, prepared & cooked daily - where possible, the chef uses fruits, vegetables and herbs from our gardens. Our welcoming café is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends, or just sit & watch the world go by
